Description:
BE INTERNATIONAL II is an Erasmus+ project promoted by Cultura e Dintorni srl that supports international mobility for adults who face difficulties entering or re-entering the labour market. Its main goal is to foster the professional and personal growth of participants through training experiences abroad that develop new language, practical and transversal skills. The project aims to strengthen internationalisation strategies and improve the employability of adults, promoting non-formal learning pathways in multicultural settings.
The general objectives of the project are to:
- Improve adults' language skills, strengthening their ability to communicate and work in a foreign language.
- Develop mental and practical skills, such as creative problem solving, self-discipline, collaboration and the autonomous management of their own activities.
- Strengthen soft skills, including self-confidence, perseverance, responsibility, emotional balance and flexibility, which are essential for social and professional inclusion.

Over the 18 months of the project, the partners deliver learning mobility experiences for 30 adult participants, divided into two mobility flows:
- Malta: General English course and training in Team Building and Problem Solving
- Spain (Valencia): General Spanish course and training in Team Strength: Teambuilding, Groupwork & Leadership
Participants improve their language and interpersonal skills through immersive learning pathways in an intercultural setting that promotes collaboration, personal growth and internationalisation.
Main expected results:
- Stronger language, practical and social skills for participants.
- Greater autonomy and adaptability in European contexts.
- A network of international cooperation in the field of adult education.
